2024 MOARC Convention

The Missouri Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds invites you to attend our 56th Annual State Campground Convention, which is being held in conjunction with the Campground Owners Expo in Branson, MO!
The event will be held December 3-7, 2024 at the Hilton Branson Convention Center in Branson, MO. In addition to the MOARC annual meeting, you will find nearly 60 educational and networking sessions, a top-notch tradeshow with over 150 exhibitors with the products and services you need to run a successful park, and a unique “Behind-The-Scenes” event with a long-running Branson show that will show you how this business, like yours, in the tourism industry continuously improves and reinvents itself in order to keep customers coming back time and time again!
Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to network with campgrounds from around the country! In 2023, the Campground Owners Expo hosted campground owners/managers from over 150 parks across 33 states AND Canada! There’s no better place to learn from your peers, swap stories of what works and what doesn’t, and also have fun in the beautiful city of Branson in your downtime!
There will be a booth set up in the lobby of the convention center, near the COE registration desk, for Missouri campground owners to get more information on the state association, sign up as a member if you’re not already, renew your membership, and get any further details on events that MOARC is hosting at the Campground Owners Expo.
Additionally, by attending the Campground Owners Expo for the MOARC convention and being a member of MOARC, you will be eligible for new exciting member benefits! This benefit program is a partnership with MOARC as well as other state associations, COE and the group, Hospitality Connections – ran by Pennsylvania campground owner and state association Executive Director, Jason Vaughn. These benefits include discounts on a music licensing – which can be costly and time consuming to do on your own! The Details You Need to Know
Event Dates:
- COE event dates are December 4-7, 2024
- The MOARC Annual Winter Meeting will be held on Tuesday December 3rd from 1-5pm in the Cooper Creek room on the second level of the convention center.
- Additionally, there will be a MOARC attendee reception in the same room on Tuesday evening, following the annual meeting, starting at 6pm. This event will be sponsored in part by First Mid Bank and Trust.
Event Location:
- Hilton Branson Convention Center – Located at 200 East Main Street, Branson, MO.
Registration Cost:
- $250 Total – this price includes admittance for one into the MOARC meeting and dinner reception ($50), and the COE registration ($200) which gives you access for up to FIVE people from your park to attend the show! Additional COE attendees, just $50/person.
- The $50 fee per person for the MOARC meeting + reception will be collected at the event when you check-in at the COE registration desk.

Lodging Options:
You have two hotel options as well as several area campgrounds that offer camping for attendees as well! Hotel group block rates are heavily discounted to $145/night + tax. Be sure to book early as the room block has sold out two years in a row before the cut off date, which is November 1, 2024.
